1. Submitting your material
Send audio or video file to oversetting@tolkenett.no. Please include the language pair, deadline, and purpose, along with your full name and phone number. If the material is sensitive, we can provide a secure upload link.
2. Assessment and quote
We assess the scope and quality of the recording and provide an estimated price and delivery time. The assignment only begins once the terms have been confirmed by both the client and the translator.
3. Completion and delivery
The recording is translated and transcribed into the target language. The transcript is reviewed with a focus on accurate rendering of the audio, speech structure, and precision in timestamping — delivered within the agreed deadline and in the agreed format.
